Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Our products are handmade specifically for the order placed, so all purchases are final with no exchanges. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes and/or customs clearance fees. These charges can vary and are often based on the price and type of item, the weight of the package and its dimensions, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. 

We are unable to offer any refund if, upon delivery, the item is refused. This is because each and every watch is made to order.

Returns will not be accepted due to customer error or buyers remorse. If, in the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications, please contact us directly to discuss how we can make it right.
